Personal sourcing is a hands-on service designed to help you find clothing that matches your style, size, and budget. At CYBERORB, we make the process collaborative and transparent so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

Setting Your Budget

When you begin, you’ll choose a budget that fits your needs. That budget is locked in from the start — there are no hidden fees or surprises.

The Sourcing Fee

A 33% sourcing fee is included in your budget. This covers the time, communication, and effort it takes to curate and shop for your items. For example:

• If your budget is $300, you’ll receive up to $201 in clothing plus a $99 sourcing fee.

• If your budget is $500, you’ll receive up to $335 in clothing plus a $165 sourcing fee.

This makes it easy to know exactly what your money is going toward.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is billed separately at cost. We’ll provide a breakdown once your items are ready, along with tracking details when your package is shipped.

Approving Items

Nothing is purchased without your approval. We’ll send you options during the sourcing period, and you’ll decide what gets included in your budget. Once an item is approved, that portion of your budget is locked in and cannot be refunded.

Timeline

Most sourcing projects take 2–4 weeks, depending on availability of the items you’re looking for. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process so you’re always in the loop.
