Our sourcing service is a collaborative process. You send us a moodboard (Pinterest link or photos), along with your budget and sizes. We shop on your behalf and share items with you as we find them. You approve every item before purchase — nothing is a mystery, and you’ll never receive pieces you don’t love.

The budget is set by you from the start. A 33% sourcing fee is included in your budget, and shipping costs are billed separately at cost. For example, if your budget is $300, you’ll receive $201 worth of clothing plus our $99 sourcing fee. There are no hidden fees.

The sourcing process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the items you’re looking for and availability. We’ll update you along the way and share pieces as we find them.

Absolutely. This is a hands-on process. We’ll message you during sourcing, and you’ll approve or decline each piece. Once you approve an item, the cost is locked in and non-refundable.

No. Because items are sourced specifically for you, all approved purchases are final. Returns or refunds cannot be offered once an item has been approved.
